Respiratory Care Practitioner: Part-time, Days
Respiratory Care Practitioner: PRN/Registry, Various Shifts

Required Education/Training/Qualifications:

• Current License for a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Illinois

• New grads will have 6 months to pass the NBRC Certification Respiratory Therapist exam and then 1 month to complete the application for licensure with the State of IL

• New grads will be allowed to perform the duties of a Respiratory Therapist only under the direct supervision of a Licensed Professional for 6 months

• Obtain the NBRC's Registered Respiratory Therapist within 3 years is recommended

• Current BLS recognition within 30 days of employment

• Current ACLS, PALS and NRP recognition within 1 year of employment
